Telkomsel provides cellular services in Indonesia, through its own nationwide dual-band GSM 900-1800 MHz, 3G network, and internationally, through 323 international roaming partners in 170 countries (end of September 2008).

The company primarily offers offers prepaid and postpaid services. m-STARS is the partner of ESIA as mobile advertising platform enabler and media publishing for ESIA i-klan. The company is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk is a subsidiary of PT. Bakrie & Brothers Tbk.

Excelcomindo (XL)

The Company provides wireless telecommunications services, leased lines and corporate services, which include Internet Service Provider (ISP) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services. In addition, it provides Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) network services, voice, data, third generation (3G) and other value-added cellular telecommunications services. m-STARS has been partnering with XL since its first operations with BCA m-banking project and many other prestigious projects till now.

The company, formerly known as PT Indonesian Satellite Corporation Tbk, was founded in 1967 and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia . Indosat now is part of the Qatar Telecom (QTel) Group.
