We, as a young and dynamic team, is on constant alert of the rapid change in human behaviour, social interaction, life style, and ultimately the business ecosystem, caused by the information and telecommunication technology, particularly Mobile Technology. Being on constant alert of those changes, we sharpen our sensitivity intellectually, emotionally and intuitively, in envisioning the industry ecosystem utilizing the Mobile Phone as an Internet and Telecommunication tool in a big portion as the Seventh Mass Media. We believe that this world has been perfectly created with interdependencies amongst big ecosystems. Nothing is standalone. Therefore, ability to see the big picture combined with the ability to draw the interdependencies between elements of the ecosystem, is a mandatory competence of every member of m-STARS. We encourage and train our people to draw the big picture before starting to solve any task, to reversely think before solving any problem, and to sense the context before getting involved in any situation. Having captured the big picture of every project we are handling, or every task we are completing, or problem that we are solving, we urge the ability to identify the most optimum path to our goal. By this focus, we are able to filter tasks with big impact to our goal, and put aside the tasks with less impact or even irrelevant to our goal. Every member of m-STARS is demanded to focus on the solutions to a problem, instead of the problem itself.

We believe that every single task inherits series of problems that needs to be addressed; nevertheless, it also inherits series of opportunities to be revealed. Having realized this fact of life, we live with our spirit to take every problem as a challenge to overcome. Our strong belief is that every challenge has a concealed solution waiting for us to discover. It just requires strong persistence from every individual of m-STARS to continuously search for. We support each other in discovering solutions, instead off put each other down. Put Down is a big taboo in our organization. With this spirit, we can stand tall and handle any put down from external parties.
